AI assistant — scope & terms of use

Our homepage includes an optional AI assistant to answer common questions about garage door services, common repair symptoms, and how to reach us. It is a tool to help you get oriented — not a substitute for an on-site technician.

What it can help with

  • General questions about repairs, installation, and maintenance
  • High-level guidance on common symptoms and what service may help
  • Published pricing ranges when you ask about a specific service
  • Service areas, hours, and how to request a callback
  • Guidance on when to call for emergency service

What it does not do

  • It does not provide binding quotes, warranties, or arrival times
  • It does not give step-by-step instructions for DIY spring or cable work
  • It does not answer unrelated topics (e.g. general chat, coding, legal advice)

Cost & limits

We use guardrails and message limits to keep usage predictable. Long or abusive conversations may be cut off. If the assistant is unavailable, please call (647) 667-0337 or use the contact form.

Privacy & logging

Messages may be stored so we can follow up, improve the service, and understand what visitors ask. Do not share passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive information in the chat. If you leave a phone number or email, we may use it only to respond about garage door services unless you tell us otherwise.
