If you’re looking for a quick repair or serious garage door work try Leo at LTD Garage doors. I had an issue with the motion sensor lights flickering and not working. Based on his reviews which were great and others not so good I gave him a call. He rearranged his schedule and dropped by right away. Quick fix. Really knew his stuff and extremely fair with his pricing. Only took him a few minutes and rather than charge me he did it for free knowing I would go back to him when the doors needed major work done. Now that’s knowledgeable customer service.

Leo was awesome! My weatherstripping had to be replaced as it was hanging off the garage door and water was pooling inside. As soon as he looked at it, he noticed that the original installation was done incorrectly. (quick and cheap) He only quoted me for the rubber replacement but could not do the job without doing it properly, so took extra time to fix the original mistake (made by another competitor) and didn't change the quote. So grateful happy to see that people still take real pride in their craft. Would highly recommend LTA!

Called LTA yesterday, May 13, 2026. Leo answered right away. He dropped by about 20 minutes later and looked at my garage door & opener problem. He had the issue fixed 20 minutes later. Very reasonably priced. Very professional and courteous. We will have back in the summer to replace some worn rollers. I highly recommend LTA.
